What Happens In A Private Ceremony

Each private ceremony is completely unique to the person, customized to your personal healing goals, boundaries and intentions, but generally includes:

1. Preparation (Before Your Journey)

• A zoom call session to understand your history, intentions, and current challenges
• Clear guidance on how to prepare your body, mind, and schedule
• Safety screening to make sure this work is appropriate for you

2. The Day of Ceremony (In-Person, 1 Hour Outside Seattle)

• Arrival and grounding at the private forest yurt
• Create sacred space and energetic protection, call in the directions, opening prayers, set intentions & clarify boundaries
• Guided mushroom medicine journey with close, trauma-informed support
• Forest bathing, plant walk, nature connection
• Somatic (body-based) practices, movement, dancing, stretching, primal play
• Breathwork & meditation
• Healthy Snacks & Nourishment
• Consensual healing touch & shamanic bodywork
• Time for sharing, integration, and gentle landing before you leave*
• Overnight accommodations may be available

3. Integration (After Your Journey)

• A follow-up integration session (online or in-person)
• Practical tools to bring your insights into your daily life
• Support in making aligned changes in how you live, work, and relate

The donation for a full-day private retreat is sliding scale $1,500 - $2,500 and includes:

- 1 preparation session
- 1 full-day ceremony (approximately 6-9 hours) in my private yurt in the forest
- 1 integration session afterward
